Wind Energy Systems

New Hampshire's wind energy resources could produce more than 1.3 billion kWh or electricity each year, enough to power more than 170,000 homes (American Wind Energy Association, 2009)

Visit New Hampshire's first Wind Farm in Lempster, NH.  Located near Mount Sunapee,  this 24 Megawatt wind farm has 12 turbines that stretch over several connecting ridgelines.
