Winter 2011: Menu for the Future

Join a regional conversation about our global and local food system.  There are classes throughout the Upper Valley and right here in Hanover.  The Menu for the Future groups are off to a great start!

Menu for the Future topics include: industrial agriculture, organics, processed food, Fair Trade, food and health, and eating sustainably and locally. Discussion groups meet weekly for 1-1 1/2 hours to discuss readings from an anthology of excerpts from some of the best writers on these topics. 


Course books are available at the Norwich Bookstore and the Hanover Co-op's Service Desk. Most libraries have books to borrow. The price for course participants is $11.
